Regina Housing First Model: In the spring of 2015 the Community Advisory Board (CAB) and Community Entity (CE) issued a Call for Proposal (CFP) for the development of a Regina Housing First Model. This model and implementation plan will provide guidance to the CAB, the CE, and community service organizations (CSO). The Regina Housing First Model will be delivered by a CSO (or consortium of CSOs) who are successful in responding to a CFP in early 2016. The Regina Housing First Model will be delivered in April 2016 to March 2017 to produce short term successes and form the basis for long term results.
