2018-2019 Regina Request For Letter of Intent
Request for Letters of Intent To Address Homelessness in Regina
The YMCA of Regina (YMCA), the designated Community Entity (CE) for the Homelessness Partnering Strategy, in partnership with the Regina Homelessness Community Advisory Board (RHCAB) is soliciting applications to fund projects which meet the needs of individuals who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness living in Regina, Saskatchewan.
The purpose of this CFP is to allocate up to $1,749,300 for the 2018-2019 fiscal year, along with any other previously allocated funding that may become available. Given that the same amount of funding has been allocated to existing projects for the 2017-2018, many of which will be reapplying, any new projects applying for more than $200,000 are strongly encouraged to contact the CE before submitting your application'.
The 5 funding priorities for the 2017-2018 Homelessness Partnering Strategy Funding:
- Housing First
- Support Services
- Coordination of Resources and Leveraging
- Capital Investment Projects
- Data Collection
While projects must relate to at least one of these 5 priorities to be considered eligible for HPS funding, Regina Homelessness Community Advisory Board has noted the following as specific needs in the community for the 2018-2019 funding cycle:
- Housing First and Rapid Re-Housing Expansion
- Support Services for Permanent Supportive Housing
Please submit a separate Letter of Intent for each project you are applying for. Successful Applicants will be invited to apply in full.
